As we turn to Isaiah 51 - 52:12, we see the prophet urging the people to pay special attention to what is being said.  He urges them over and over to "get it."  These people are about to be carried away by Babylon into captivity because of their own sinfulness, but God takes this time to promise comfort to those who will pursue Him.  We can find this same comfort if we will also seek Him.
